Dashboard design for Telmetrics Canada. The core product enables, tracks and analyzes offline interactions to increase engagement and return on advertising spend.
Process ProjectEngage and empathyze:
Series of user interviews to understand their experiences and motivations. The main struggle - inconsistent and nonintuitive legacy system.
Wireframes prototyping:
Call tracking management system implementation within a prototype. Focus on usability issues and pain points.
Project goals:
Telmetrics clients need to create, manage, and analyze call tracking campaigns and get performance reports regularly.
Test and iterate:
Series of usability study sessions to redefine the interaction flow and validate the design decisions.
Final version of mid-fidelity wires, executing the existing user flow.
The majority of the users wanted a different set of feature containers. The solution was floating modules they can rearrange and save as a workspace.
